My name is Bella Wierback, owner and head-guide of ON FLY GUIDE CO.

Our target is providing inclusiveness on the water. Making fly fishing knowledge easily accessible and welcoming to ALL people of ALL abilities.  I believe in being a prover of experience and culture. Appreciating and respecting the natural resource’s one trip at a time. My goal is to enhance your perspective or introduce you to one, while meeting YOUR expectation curated to the experience you’re looking for.

I’m a Naples, Fl. native, grew up fishing with my dad who was once a fly and spin fishing guide out of Goodland, Fl; which lies between Naples, Fl. and the Everglades National Park. I’ve spent most of my life out on the water and have been working in the fly fishing industry for the past 5 years.
